As the Digital Director of Visual Experience, I'm on a mission to propel the iconic brand Coach into the future. My role goes far beyond its formal title, as I spearhead cross-functional efforts to create an omni-channel customer journey that seamlessly integrates digital and physical touchpoints.
At Coach, I thrive on building dynamic teams, solving complex problems, and dedicating time to continuous learning and education. By delving into hands-on design and testing, my team and I immerse ourselves in the creative process, pushing boundaries to shape the future while maintaining a strong connection to the present. Acting as a creative director, I collaborate closely with senior leadership and marketing to infuse forward-thinking concepts into the brand's DNA.
Prior to joining Coach, I honed my expertise as a creative leader at HUSH, where I worked closely with Silicon Valley companies to establish groundbreaking global B2B marketing experiences. Beyond offering strategic and creative guidance, I played a pivotal role in cultivating the internal processes that form the very core of HUSH's values.
With a background in architecture and a deep understanding of the fundamental human needs, I approach my creative role with empathy and a unique perspective. I see every opportunity within a company as a chance to empower individuals to experience the world in novel and transformative ways.
