I believe power of EXPERIENTIAL DESIGN stems from its creative utilization design AND technology to tell great stories. Always human at its core, real experiDavential thinking starts with a fundamental human need and builds solutions from that foundational insight.

 

My current title is a mouthful: "Digital Director of Visual Experience."  The net of it is this: I'm helping a legacy brand, Coach, transform into a brand of the future. The position requires that I build teams, solve problems and work extremely cross-functionally taking lots of time to learn and educate in an effort to create a more omni customer journey across the many digital and physical touchpoints a customer will experience before, during and after making a purchase. 

My team is constantly exploring through hands on design and testing. We get our hands dirty. I play more of a creative director role but spend a lot of time working with senior leadership and marketing to fold the future into the present. 

Before Coach, I spent years as a creative leader at HUSH, working closely with silicon valley companies to establish global B2B marketing experiences. In addition to offering strategic and creative leadership, I helped establish the internal process that forms HUSH core value. 

My background in architecture (and life) make me sympathetic to the foundational human needs. I see the creative role in any company as an opportunity help people experience the world in a new ways.
